This is one of those times where the homeowner had tried to do it themselves. The green algae would not come off! In the places it did, it came right back almost immediately. The homeowner had expressed some concerns about using too much pressure and “hurting the paint”. Their main fear was having to prematurely re-paint the entire house. This is where a true professional could make the difference and safely, but effectively, remove the green growth and rinse the entire house. In addition to the green coming off the tired paint, as soon as I started to rinse the home, I could see swathes of dirt and debris trickling down the walls. This job was another testament to soft washing as a proper method for cleaning homes.
