Here’s a spot in Longwood I’ve frequented for years. I pointed out the black streaks of mold growing down on the pillars and offered to remove them. With a full morning of pressure washing ahead of me, I knew I had my work cut out for me. Simply spraying with high pressure would only damage the pillars and rip off paint. I began with a heavy pre-treatment of algaecide which allowed me to use less pressure but still achieve greater results. As always, a post-treatment would continue working for a few hours and further brighten the concrete. Overall, a nice transformation in Longwood and a more beautiful place for the employees and patrons alike.
